Hello, I'm Emma. I draw botanicals from life in my studio in Worcestershire, and I teach people all over the world to do the same.
This little bauble is one of my favourite Christmas projects. It's a lovely way to learn how to make something look round and shiny. We build the red up slowly, from the darkest values to the lightest, keep the highlight clean, and finish with a touch of gold. You only need ten pencils, and you could even turn it into your own Christmas card.
