Carved Pumpkin in Coloured Pencil: Part One

A botanical art tutorial by Emma Tildesley.

Keeping with our lovely autumnal, Halloween theme this month, our coloured pencil project is this spooky carved pumpkin!

It's a fun spin on the classic botanical, and our first time learning to illustrate a pumpkin together in this medium.

Throughout the tutorial, I use two new Polychromos shades: Golden Ochre 285 and Red Jasper 286. You can purchase these individually from The Color Pencil Shop.

I really hope you love working on this as much as I have.
